My dream for Of the Lotus is to reach as many women who have experienced domestic violence as possible. To be able to gift survivors the chance to experience a pause, a moment of bliss. To feel deeply connected to themselves and to crave more moments like this in their everyday lives. I am looking to support the women I work with in cultivating a new sense of presence, safety and calm in their bodies, minds and souls. While also creating a community where we are all inspired by one another and our stories. Inspired to keep getting curious about our experiences and to lean into our sensations with kindness and compassion.

I believe Of the Lotus is a needed program in women’s shelters to support our survivors’ wellbeing.
